We’re recruiting for a Gas Engineer to join our team in Aldershot
. Contractually based out of our Basingstoke office you'll cover Aldershot and the surrounding North Hampshire area on a full time, permanent basis, working 39 hours per week. While we’ll try to keep you local, you may need to travel to and work from any of our other sites across Hampshire to help other teams when needed.

As a gas engineer, you’ll carry out repairs, maintenance and servicing of domestic boilers and appliances in line with gas safety regulations. Identifying faults and testing controls to ensure they’re in full working order. You’ll complete gas safety checks in line with guidance and regulations, completing all necessary paperwork to fulfil our obligations. You’ll interact with our customers & help them to understand how to effectively use their heating & appliances.

Therefore, good communication skills are key!

You’ll have CCN1, CEN, HTR, unvented and CPA technical qualifications, which you’ll need to provide proof of at interview stage. Essential electrics would be beneficial. You’ll also have a full, clean, current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) so you can drive one of our vans. This role is subject to a satisfactory licence check and a basic disclosure check.
