kolt recruitment are looking for a paint sprayer to join a well-established accident repair centre based in Aldershot. This is a great opportunity for an experienced sprayer to work within a busy, professional bodyshop environment with modern facilities圈 and a steady workflow.
Key responsibilities- Preparing vehicles for paint, including masking and priming
- Carrying out high-quality paint spraying to manufacturer standards
- Colour matching and blending where required
- Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Previous experience as a paint sprayer within an accident repair centre or bodyshop
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- ATA accreditation would be an advantage but not essential
