Estates Manager

Full-time | Travel across all Daisy Nursery sites

Starting salary:£51,614.47per year +mileage allowance

We’re looking for a proactive and knowledgeable

Estates Managerto help keep our nurseries safe, compliant, and beautifully maintained.

This is a key multi-site role overseeinghealth & safety, facilities management, and accident/incident reportingacross Daisy Nursery Ltd. You’ll lead on risk assessments, audits, contractor management, repairs and maintenance schedules, and emergency preparedness—ensuring every nursery provides a secure and welcoming environment for children, staff, and visitors.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing health & safety systems, risk assessments and site audits
• Overseeing maintenance, repairs, refurbishments and contractor performance
• Leading accident/incident reporting, investigations and trend reporting
• Supporting emergency planning, fire drills and compliance readiness
• Working closely with nursery leadership teams to maintain high standards

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in estates, facilities or health & safety (multi-site preferred)
• Confidence with audits, compliance and accident investigations
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel

NEBOSH/IOSH and education sector experience are desirable but not essential.
