Position: B4 Nursing Associate - Full time

Overview

We are looking to recruit an experienced Nursing Associate to provide input to our Community Mental Health Recovery service. You will be joining a team of Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and psychiatrists in providing specialist support to adults in the local area with serious mental illness.

Responsibilities
  • To assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for individuals with Mental Health to take into account their physical health, mental health, social circumstances and lifestyle choices.
  • To ensure care provided is in line with evidence based best practice.
  • Work closely with qualified nurses to provide support to meet peoples needs
  • It will also involve supporting rapid response and supporting assessment clinics.
Requirements
  • You will have a Nursing Associate Foundation Degree and NMC Registration as a Nursing Associate. Please note we do not provide sponsor ships for this role.
  • Subject to reasonable adjustments in respect of any disability, candidates must possess a valid driving licence and be able to drive and have the unrestricted use of a car or motorcycle for work at all times including community based work.
