Guided by the i-THRIVE framework, we focus on providing Getting More Help and Risk Support to children and young people. As Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping care delivery, ensuring high standards of practice, and fostering collaboration across the multidisciplinary team. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide leadership and management support within our CYPS Community Team in Northeast Hampshire.
This is a dynamic and varied role, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on the delivery of care across the locality.
- Assist with providing overall leadership and management support to the CYPS Community Team.
- Supervising and guiding colleagues to ensure high standards of clinical practice.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across services in Northeast Hampshire.
- Work in close partnership with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and senior leadership to deliver integrated, patient-focused care.
- Manage a caseload of young people for assessment, interventions and supporting the Duty system.
- Professional registration with NMC or HCPC.
- Significant experience working with children and young people under 18.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
- A commitment to innovation, collaboration, and delivering excellent outcomes.
- Proven experience in managing and supervising clinical teams.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across services and disciplines.
