Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse (Senior RVN) – Fixed Term

Location: Aldershot, Hampshire

Hours: Full Time

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Contract: 12-month Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)

A friendly, well‑established veterinary clinic near Aldershot is seeking a confident and compassionate Senior RVN to join its experienced team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis
. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working to high clinical standards.

• Full time –
  40 hours per week
  , over 4 days

• Shifts:
  
  8:30am – 7:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)

• 1:4 weekends based at the hospital

• 12-month fixed‑term contract (maternity cover)

Salary: £35,000 per annum

As the sole RVN at the clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Nurse consultations

• Patient admissions and discharges

• Anaesthesia monitoring and surgical nursing

• In‑patient care and recovery

• Working closely with the vet and reception team to deliver excellent service

This is a varied and rewarding role with 1–2 operations per day and a loyal client base.
