Mot Tester

We're recruiting an experienced MOT Tester to join a busy, well‑equipped automotive centre in Aldershot. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern workshop with the latest technology, tools and equipment, delivering a first‑class MOT experience to customers.

• Carry out full vehicle examinations to MOT standards
• Work closely with the service team, keeping them updated on vehicle progress
• Clearly brief colleagues on completed work
• Discuss technical issues with customers when required
• Deliver a professional, courteous, and efficient service
• Maintain and develop strong technical knowledge
• Embrace new ways of working to improve efficiency
• Support fellow technicians during busy periods and take ownership of workshop safety

• Valid MOT licence
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical information clearly
• Passion for the automotive industry and ongoing development
• Customer‑focused with safety and experience always front of mind
