We’re looking for a dynamic, CIPD-qualified HR professional, with lots of  drive for employee relations, who’s passionate about delivering high-quality, customer-focused HR support. You’ll work closely with managers and employees, providing expert advice on employee relations, wellbeing, and performance, while contributing to our People & Culture Strategy.

* What you’ll do:

*** Advise on HR policies, employee relations, and wellbeing
* Support and coach managers through complex HR issues
* Deliver engaging training sessions and contribute to HR projects
* Help shape and improve our HR systems and practices
** What you’ll bring:
*** CIPD Level 5 qualification and active membership
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
