Payroll Administrator

Overview

Portfolio Payroll is working with a successful and growing construction business to recruit a Payroll Assistant on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with payroll experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive, close-knit team.

• Work closely with the Payroll Supervisor and Payroll Officer, playing an important supporting role in the day-to-day running of payroll.
• Be involved in the preparation and processing of multiple payrolls.
• Support employee lifecycle changes and ensure payroll data is accurate and compliant.
• Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and wider payroll administration, providing broad payroll exposure.

• At least 2 years'' payroll experience
• ITrent system experience desirable, however not essential
• A strong understanding of payroll processes and the importance of confidentiality
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Someone eager to learn, develop, and grow within the business

• Competitive salary up to £32,000 depending on experience
