We’re looking for a dynamic, CIPD-qualified HR professional with lots of drive for employee relations work, who’s passionate about delivering high-quality, customer-focused HR support. You’ll work closely with managers and employees, providing expert advice on employee relations, wellbeing, and performance, while contributing to our People & Culture Strategy.

• Advise on HR policies, employee relations, and wellbeing.
• Support and coach managers through complex HR issues.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and contribute to HR projects.
• Help shape and improve our HR systems and practices.

• CIPD Level 5 qualification and active membership.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
