Role Overview
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 5 - 10 years of experience. You will work alongside a supportive and experienced commercial team, gaining exposure to a wide variety of projects and helping to deliver complete packages from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, motivated, and keen to progress within a company that values growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the commercial aspects of multiple construction projects ranging from £1M to £15M in value
Work across a mix of new builds and fit-out projects
Assist in cost planning, tendering, procurement, and valuations
Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and final accounts
Liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Ensure projects are delivered in line with financial targets and timelines
Attend site meetings and report on commercial performance
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor (ideally with a main contractor)
Experience working on commercial or mixed-use developments
Strong understanding of fit-out and new build processes
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Relevant qualifications (HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field)
Full UK driving licence
