Position Description Summary

A Sales Associate is responsible for executing the Mission Statement daily, which includes providing First Class Service to internal and external customers. The role involves tasks on the sales floor or in support environments, ensuring a positive shopping experience in a friendly, well-maintained environment.

Position Requirements

Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail setting

Ability to greet, sell, and thank customers effectively

Customer-first attitude at all times

Provide personalized customer service through needs analysis and product recommendations

Promote promotional products and services

Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary

Maintain good relationships with colleagues

Keep store appearance aligned with visual merchandising and cleanliness standards

Accurately handle transactions on POS systems

Manage receiving, inventory counts, returns, and transfers accurately using handheld devices

Complete required paperwork and process controls

Follow company policies, ensuring a safe work environment

Comply with Cash Handling and Loss Prevention SOPs

Position Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

At least one year of retail or customer service experience preferred

Flexibility to work various shifts within a 7/365 team environment

Excellent communication skills in English

Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multitask

Adaptability to changing priorities and unexpected situations

Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics

Ability to pass background checks and meet FAA and Department of Transportation requirements

Physical ability to perform tasks such as heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), standing for long periods, climbing, bending, and working nights, weekends, or holidays
