You’ll own the sales and operations of your store, lead by example, coach your team, and manage inventory and rollout of new products and services.

• Train and develop your team to sell with confidence and knowledge.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for every customer.
• Play an active role on the sales floor to coach and motivate.
• Handle administrative duties like compliance and reporting.

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment)
• A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
• Exceptional sales skills and drive to exceed performance standards
• A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Balanced 8-hour shifts, weekdays and most Saturdays.
