Sr. Financial Analyst

Cirrus Design Corporation, manufacturer of small aircraft, seeks applicants for Senior Financial Analyst at its location in Knoxville, TN. Representative duties include partnering with business unit leaders on key strategic projects providing analytic support to develop key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging and improving upon existing metrics, identifying business insights and trends through related measurement and analysis, developing financial outlook and performance reports and documents for management, preparation of financial budgets and projections, analysis of budget/forecast variance, supports and validates business plans for new and ongoing projects, and liaising with accounting department to ensure accurate financial statements.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field, plus 5 years related progressively responsible experience (or Master’s degree plus 3 years experience will qualify) in financial and operational analysis, including formulation of business metrics using SQL, Business Objects, SAS and Excel for forecasting and operational modeling in aviation industry required, including Fleet Life Cycle including Engine/Airframe APUs.
