These positions have a starting pay of $20.00/hour + incentive. The average associate earns $60,000.00 annually with top performers making about $70,000.00 annually.
Full‑time Night Shift
Order Selector at 5:00 PM & Loader at 7:00 PM; 5 nights per week with 2 consistent nights off.

Read customer orders, verify inventory, and pull items from shelves or bins.
Essential Duties- Prepare orders for packing and shipping.
- Read production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
- Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
- Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distribute items to production workers or assembly line.
- Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or convey orders to packing station or shipping department.
- Mark materials with identifying information.
- Open bales, crates, and other containers.
- Record amounts of materials or items distributed.
- Weigh or count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
- Compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.
- Drive vehicle to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to pick up items from several locations for shipment.
- Prepare parcels for mailing.
- Maintain inventory records.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Fluency in English; speak, read, and write.
- Less than high school education; or up to one‑month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read a limited number of two‑ and three‑syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print simple sentences.
- Ability to add and subtract two‑digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one‑ or two‑step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to work in various temperature‑controlled zones ranging from –5 °F to ambient temperature.
- Ability to communicate when necessary to complete duties.
- Ability to reach and handle objects, tools, or controls.
- Occasionally climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
