High school diploma or GED. 1 to 3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Communication

Skills:

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, including in one-on-one or small group situations with customers, clients, and other employees.  Mathematical

Skills:

Able to perform basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and compute rate, ratio, and percentages.  Reasoning skills:
Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
