Job Summary

IMMEDIATELY HIRING! The starting pay for this position is $20.00/hr; base pay may vary depending on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. • Respond to a mandatory on‑call rotation and perform after‑hours service calls.
• Repair or change tires on semi‑truck fleets at the customer’s location.
• Assist with mounting orders, clean and organize the shop, and perform other general duties.
• Comply with OSHA regulations, wear proper PPE, use tire cages, and follow all safety policies.
• Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, radial runout, and other technical tasks.

Participation in a mandatory on‑call rotation. After‑hours service calls are compensated at a premium pay rate with guaranteed minimums.

• Valid driver’s license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous Commercial Service Tire experience.

• Servicing commercial tires, including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
• Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflate tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and use proper PPE and tire cages.
