CDL A Flatbed OTR Driver Pay & Benefits
- $1,700–$2,700 weekly average
- $0.70 CPM — 3,000–4,000 miles per week / all miles paid (loaded + empty)
- Weekly direct deposit (Mon–Mon pay period, paid every Friday)
- 1099 position
- Late-model trucks (2020–2026):
Volvo, Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, International - Paid drug test and flight to orientation
- Orientation completed in just a few hours
- 24/7 dispatch & driver support
- Family-style company culture — not just a truck number
- Valid CDL A & 2+ years verifiable CDL A experience
- Clean Clearinghouse
- Willing to stay out 2–3 weeks at a time, depending on home location.
