Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team at Mont 44. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct inspections to identify issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with facility upgrades and renovations as needed.
• Participate in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for on-call work, including nights and weekends, as necessary.
