Diesel Mechanic at Towlift, Inc. – Albuquerque, NM

Competitive hourly rate of $28.00 – $38.00 plus a $2,000 sign‑on bonus.

• Diagnose & repair various forklift models, troubleshooting issues and performing repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to keep the fleet running smoothly and safely.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.
• Collaborate closely with staff to coordinate repairs and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.

• Proven experience as a forklift technician or similar role; familiarity with electrical and hydraulic systems is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a can‑do attitude, capable of diagnosing difficult issues and tackling challenges head‑on.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Friendly, courteous, and approachable demeanor.
