• Lovelace Women’s Hospital is a 53-bed advanced neonatal intensive care unit, family care unit, an award-winning breast care center and the first robotic surgery program in the state recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by Surgical Review Corporation.

• Attends to the safe, accurate, and timely service of all electrical duties.
• May be required to perform licensed trades tasks, such as a light equipment operator, carpenter, painter, and/or locksmith.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
• Repairs and performs maintenance to the hospital's electrical distribution systems, hospital electrical equipment, and small electrical appliances.
• Performs new electrical installation when needed and preventative maintenance checks as required.
• Maintains charts, logs, and records as required, familiar with all electric blueprints for all hospital buildings.
• May be required to assist with a wide range of advanced technical journeyman-level preventive maintenance and repairs for the assigned facility and/or department.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Four (4) years of relevant work experience.
• Current Journeyman Electrician’s License.
• New Mexico driver’s license. With a good driving record for the past five years.

• One year Vocational Training/Technical school.
