We’re seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who values precision, reliability, and pride in their work. You’ll perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a range of diesel and gasoline vehicles in a clean, well‑equipped shop environment.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and gasoline engines.
• Perform inspections and maintenance per manufacturer standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical, fuel, and emissions systems using diagnostic tools.
• Document all labor and work performed accurately.
• Communicate repair timelines and updates to the Service Manager.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

• Minimum 3 years of diesel or automotive technician experience preferred.
• ASE certification(s) or equivalent experience preferred, not required (shop covers ASE testing).
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Salary Range: $40,000 – $70,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Monthly performance and customer satisfaction bonuses

Monday‑Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Occasional Saturday shifts may be offered with overtime pay.
