• 2+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
• Weekend days required but includes your selection of any 2 weekdays off
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years; you must be 21 years old and have held a valid driver's license for three years to operate a company vehicle and obtain company insurance
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Experience with variable speed units, replacing parts such as capacitors, handling refrigerant, etc.
• EPA Certification, Licensing preferred

Weekend days required; select any 2 weekdays off.
