We are currently seeking highly motivated professional Licensed Plumber (Subcontractor) with skills in multiple trades.

We are looking for talented Plumbers who are committed to quality work and customer service. Someone who possesses a strong will to complete all tasks assigned in a timely, professional manner. We need an independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a desire to enjoy the variety and flexibility we offer. Minimum Requirements:

Proper Equipment: Licensed plumbers should have all necessary tools and equipment to carry out project work.

Troubleshooting

Skills:

Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to examine a problem situation and come up with a solution in a prompt and professional manner.

Excellent Communication

Skills:

Must be able to communicate with GC, Lead Craftsman, Office Manager, Homeowners, Vendors, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers.

Presentable: On Time, Clean-Cut appearance, Decent looking vehicle, Organized and well maintained tools.

Other Responsibilities:

Communicates with customers about things around the house that Ace has the ability to fix.

Earns customer's confidence through integrity, delivering what is promised, and never promising what cannot be delivered.

Documenting project work through notes and photos.

Contributing to a winning team.

Demonstrates ability and willingness to EXCEED Customers' expectations.
