• Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle.
• Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed.
• Sometimes, we fix something small and then point it out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more.
• Be punctual and efficient, maintaining the highest integrity and striving for top customer satisfaction.
• Enjoy being an integral part of a winning team.
• Demonstrate the ability and willingness to exceed customers  expectations.

• The ideal Craftsman candidate will possess knowledge in the following trades:
  Carpentry, Tile, Electrical, Plumbing.
• Must be able to provide the following:
  Business License;
  Contractor’s License (where required by state/local laws); EIN (Employer Identification Number);
  Liability Insurance;
  Workers’ Compensation Insurance (if you have employees);
  Bonding (if required); W-9 Form.
• Proper Equipment;
  Troubleshooting Skills;
  Excellent Communication Skills;
  Be Presentable (clean-cut appearance, decent vehicle, organized tools).
• Additional Qualifications:
  
  Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks; quick thinker capable of examining issues and resolving them promptly and professionally.

• Compensation: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per week
