Base Pay Range: $20.00/hr – $40.00/hr

• Service Tech I:
  Recent graduate from an accredited trade school or up to 3 years experience. Performs preventive maintenance and basic repairs but requires supervision for diagnosis. Attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential.
• Service Tech II
  :
  Requires EPA certification, typically 3+ years experience. Maintains and services commercial HVAC equipment—including up to 50‑ton package units, boilers, and heat exchangers—without supervision.
• Service Tech III
  :
  Requires EPA certification, typically 5+ years experience. Expertly maintains and services all commercial HVAC systems, including control valves, chillers, and retrofit projects, independently.
