HVAC Lead Installer

Location: Albuquerque, NM
Schedule: Monday-Friday + rotating weekends.
Pay: Piece Rate and Hourly Pay. $80,000 to $120,000.

• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Remove old systems and install new systems; following the installation checklist.
• Meet local HVAC codes and follow all safety guidelines that apply.
• Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Work with and train any install helpers assigned to work with you.
• Keep the customer informed of what you are doing when you are doing it, and how it will be done.
• Ensure that all requests for installations have been closed out and completed.
• Learn product features and benefits.
• Follow proper procedures for obtaining purchase orders, material recycling, etc.
• Maintain required equipment and inventory in the truck for maximum efficiency.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Prior HVAC installation experience in a Senior or Lead role (with at least 5+ years of total HVAC installation experience).
• Experience overseeing less-experienced techs and ensuring their work is done efficiently and with a high-quality standard.
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Excellent organization, planning, and follow-through abilities.
• Take great pride in going the extra mile for our customers.
