This is a contract, on‑site role for a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Operator located in Albuquerque, NM. The TSCM Operator will be responsible for detecting, analyzing, and mitigating technical surveillance threats to secure sensitive information. Daily activities include conducting thorough technical inspections, utilizing advanced TSCM equipment, analyzing collected data, providing detailed reports, and implementing countermeasures. Collaboration with security teams for risk assessment and ensuring compliance with relevant standards is a significant component of the role.
Qualifications- Proficiency in TSCM practices, utilizing technical tools, and conducting vulnerability assessments
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for identifying threats and developing countermeasures
- Knowledge of surveillance systems, radio frequencies, and security technologies
- Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting abilities
- Experience working in high‑security environments or handling sensitive information
- Relevant certifications such as Certified TSCM Specialist, or equivalent industry‑recognized credentials
- Ability to work on‑site in Albuquerque, NM, with a flexible and reliable approach
- Background in military, government, or private security operations is highly desirable
