Security Officer - Mobile Driver Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, exterior perimeters, parking areas, and service corridors to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or policy concerns;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, coordinating with on-site management, and/or contacting local emergency services when needed;
Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, help to manage crowd flow during busy periods, and/or report suspicious or disruptive behavior according to post orders;
Complete detailed reports and documentation for incidents, patrol observations, and/or policy violations, and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as required
