** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to support a secure environment for personnel and visitors.

+ Communicate and collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to address security-related concerns.

+ Document and report any incidents, observations, or unusual circumstances according to site requirements.

+ Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following location-specific guidelines.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
