THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. NEW MEXICO AIR NATIONAL GUARD
This National Guard position is for a AIRMAN AND FAMILY READINESS SPECIALIST, Position Description Number T5302 P02 and is part of the NM 150th SOW Force Support Squadron, National Guard.
DutiesThis position is located in the Force Support Squadron, Mission Support Group, of an Air National Guard (ANG) Wing. The purpose of the position is to serve as the family readiness and support services representative at an ANG Wing and coordinate concurrently with the Force Support Squadron Commander/Human Resources Officer (Director of Personnel (DP)) at each wing, Joint Force Headquarters - State (JFHQ-ST) Family Program Director, NGB Family Programs Office, and US Air Force/Major Command (MAJCOM) Family Readiness Directors.
Requirements- Federal employment suitability as determined by a background investigation.
- May be required to successfully complete a trial period.
- Participation in direct deposit is mandatory.
- Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
- The incumbent of this position description must have at a minimum, a completed National Agency Check (NAC) prior to position assignment.
