Program Security Representative (PSR) II
General Dynamics Information Technology invites applications for a Program Security Representative (PSR) II. This full‑time, onsite role is based in Albuquerque, NM and is part of a long‑term (7+ years remaining) contract.
Job Summary As a PSR II, you will provide multi‑discipline security support for one or more of the customer’s Special Access Programs (SAPs). Your responsibilities include daily analysis and compliance, policy development, and security training in alignment with NISPOM, DoD regulations, and SAP policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, supplements, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
- Develop and execute policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data supporting U.S. military operations.
- Provide day‑to‑day security support, continuously assessing procedures and recommending improvements.
- Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities.
- Implement and train the Operations Security program.
- Provide contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight.
- Brief all levels of personnel on security related topics.
- Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow‑on reviews, and facility close‑outs.
- Monitor, report, and track corrective actions resulting from compliance reviews.
- Notify program technical and management staff of pertinent security matters.
- Investigate loss or compromise of classified sensitive information.
- Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into training.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of related experience in security operations.
- Prior experience within a Special Access Program is required.
- Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; willingness to submit to a counter‑intelligence polygraph.
- Proficiency with Access Control, Enforcement Compliance, Operations Security.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and interact with DOD, military, civilian personnel, and industry partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or Associate’s degree plus 2 years experience; or equivalent.

- Salary range: $92,735 – $125,465 (based on experience, location, contract).

Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
Travel required:
10‑25%. Telecommuting options: onsite.
