We’re building an
elite team of Sales Consultants
representing solar, windows & doors. You’ll give homeowners complete, integrated solutions that make their homes smarter, safer, and more efficient, all while building a rewarding career with no limits.

What You’ll Do

• Generate leads through direct residential outreach (door-to-door canvassing).
• Deliver persuasive in-home presentations that excite homeowners about solar, windows & doors upgrades.
• Guide customers from first conversation to signed agreement with confidence and care.
• Communicate real value, overcome objections, and close deals with

• Represent one of the fastest-growing home improvement teams in the state.

What It Takes
