About the RoleResponsible for a specific geographic territory and the successful promotion and growth of Neurocrine products. Manages and develops long‑term relationships with physicians and other customers for targeted accounts in the assigned territory and represents the Neurocrine brand(s) and their approved indications. This role also educates external customers such as physicians, nurses, medical assistants and case managers about the benefits of our products.

- Sales and Market Development
- Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
- Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in‑person and virtual communications
- Identify and address territory‑specific opportunities and barriers to product success
- Effectively manage promotional resources and budget
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers (psychiatrists, neurologists, NPs, PAs), clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, Pharm Ds), key opinion leaders, advocacy groups, community mental health clinics, long‑term care facilities, local/regional payers and pharmacies
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Establish excellent communication with internal partners including managed care, marketing, patient access, medical science liaisons and medical communications teams
- Professional Standards
- Uphold the highest ethical standards, including FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry best practices
- Demonstrate integrity and model behaviors consistent with company values and compliance policies
- Work Expectations
- Maintain full field presence Monday‑Friday with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events
- Other duties as assigned
- BS/BA in science or related field + at least 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech or related experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical, LTC, psychology, or neurology sales. Close‑door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience is strongly preferred. Knowledge of business systems (, Oracle, SAP, Veeva, etc.) is required.
- Master’s degree in science or related field + at least 2 years of similar experience noted above.
