About the Role
Aurumys Investment Real Estate Sales Agent role focuses on connecting investors and investment companies who seek to acquire investment properties. You’ll have access to our inventory to sell properties from day one. Responsibilities include fielding and generating leads, meeting with investors, showing investment properties, and collaborating with the acquisitions team to analyze inventory. You’ll be part of a motivated, competitive, high-integrity team with a culture that emphasizes growth and career development.

- Source new Investors through a variety of strategies
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective Investors (training provided)
- Present large volumes of new properties to Investors
- Conduct showings and property walk-throughs with Investors
- Facilitate offers and closings of contracts, working with lenders and other third parties
- Use technology to track transactions and network of Investors
- Provide elite service to Investors at all stages of the process
- Your commissions are uncapped and reflect your effort. This is not a passive or mediocre role.
- As typical in Real Estate, this is a fully-commission, 1099 contract role.
- Sales Agents typically close their first transaction in the first 30-45 days and complete 20-30 transactions in the first year.
- Our training comes in 4 parts:
1) Formal Training
2) Field Training
3) Continuous Training
4) Mentor-style Training
Training at Aurumys combines formal instruction and field experience. Initial formal training lasts from 5 days to 2 weeks depending on adaptation, with active field work and opportunities to shadow veteran sales managers. Continuous training continues throughout your career, combining field and formal components.

- Active real estate license in the state you are applying, or willingness to obtain one
$75,000 - $250,000 a year

This role is all-commission. The listed pay range is an estimate of average first-year earnings at this location.
