Brand Representative

Motus Marketing is dedicated to providing sales and marketing campaigns that deliver real results! Our team is based in the Albuquerque Metro Area, and we’re looking for driven individuals to help us expand our reach and strengthen client relationships. This is role offers client exposure and the ability to build skills in sales, direct marketing and customer service.

As a Brand Representative, you’ll work directly with customers in a retail setting, representing assigned client campaigns and learning how to generate sales through retail events and promotions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within your assigned retail territory
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, and present tailored solutions
• Meeting daily and weekly team sales targets
• Collaborating with leadership to refine sales techniques and improve results

• Background in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is a plus (not required)
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with strong earning motivation
• Coachable and eager to grow into leadership
