Job Description:
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers, engaging them via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide the best possible counsel with a digital-first mindset. This includes building trust, assessing and attending to customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information, demonstrating and educating clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommending solutions based on each customer’s goals and needs.
