As a Used Car Sales Associate, you’ll manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting overall store performance. This base salary + commission role is ideal for motivated self-starters who enjoy building relationships and growing sales. Best of all, you don't have to compete with other sales reps, meaning every sale you earn a commission.
WhatYou’ll Do as a Bilingual Used Car Sales Associate
- Foster a culture focused on Safety First and Environmental Stewardship
- Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service
- Manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot
- Work with local teams to source vehicles from auctions, dealers, and other partners
- Conduct minor vehicle repairs and inspections
- Process car titles and ensure compliance with all documentation standards
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Maintain facility cleanliness and organization
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
- Work retail store hours (may include weekends, overtime, and some holidays)
- Grow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks.
- Proven experience in vehicle sales or related customer-facing roles
- Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of car titles, vehicle paperwork, and dealership processes
- Basic automotive and mechanical understanding
- Comfort using mobile devices, Microsoft Office, CRM, and DMS tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
Preferred:
- Experience managing a used car lot
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
