Position: Associate Territory Manager 1, Neurovascular - Tucson/Albuquerque

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Promote and sell neurovascular products and services within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and strengthen long‑term relationships with stakeholders including clinicians, nurses, and key opinion leaders
  • Provide clinical and technical support during procedures and educate staff and physicians on product offerings
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies, manage the sales process, and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Utilize Salesforce for planning, forecasting, and sharing information with internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy
  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
  • Clinical experience in an interventional suite or hospital environment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs (product bags)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience selling high physician preference medical devices, preferably in the endovascular or neurovascular space
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM systems) for business planning and forecasting
  • Willingness to travel domestically 50% of the time and potential for relocation within 2–3 years
