About the Role: Epex is hiring experienced in-home sales professionals with backgrounds in Roofing, Solar, Windows, or HVAC. If you’re ready to grow your income by selling multiple trades under one roof, this is for you.

This is not entry-level. We’re looking for closers who want:

• 2+ years of in-home sales experience
• Background in Roofing, Solar, Windows, or HVAC
• Ability to build rapport, educate homeowners, and close confidently

• 13-day average install timeline across all trades
• In-house PMs, coordinators, and support staff
• Daily coaching, trade training, and sales development
• 1 in 4 reps hit top-tier income in their first year
