We are seeking passionate pop culture fans to deliver exceptional customer service, share their fandom knowledge, and help merchandise the store in an appealing way. As a Sales Associate, you will be vital to our success by creating a memorable shopping experience, maintaining visual standards, processing sales, and supporting store organization.

• Provide outstanding customer service to encourage repeat visits, demonstrating product knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned areas of the sales floor.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates, store layout, and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trends and product information to management and HQ.
• Work with management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Help keep the stockroom organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience preferred; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
