Front Desk Associate

The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for lash extensions with over 100 locations across the United States. We offer a complete menu of services—including extensions, perming, tinting, threading, and more—while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere that prioritizes the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes.

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Front Desk Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your focus will be on membership sales, retail sales, and booking appointments, while cultivating a positive work environment.

• Increase membership and retail sales.
• Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Book appointments in person or by phone.
• Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment.

• 1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work some weekends and evenings.
• Experience with Mind Body Software is a plus.

• Hourly wage ($15.00 – $18.00 per hour) plus commissions on sales.
