Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Food Service, Starbucks) position rting hourly rate: $15.50 USD per hour. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Provide guest service and help solve guest needs; thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Perform daily tasks to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and placing promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified, to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute processes such as price changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with laws (e.g., adult beverage laws).
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Ability to handle cash register operations as needed; climb ladders; scan, move, and handle merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing duties such as drive-up and carryout.
• Must be able to remain mobile for the duration of a shift; shift length may vary.
