This position requires an individual with customer service skills, a positive attitude, food preparation abilities, and the ability to assist in preparing the location for daily operations. Responsibilities include accurate accounting of all transactions and assisting with inventory controls.

• Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area.
• Maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.
