Server – Out West Restaurant Group

Join the Out West Restaurant Group team as a Server. This role offers a fast‑paced and fun environment where you’ll create memorable experiences for our guests.

• Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to each customer’s preferences.
• Have extensive knowledge of the menu, recommend, upsell, and reinforce orders.
• Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments following Outback standards; check orders for accuracy and verify with guests.
• Support the team by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed.
• Maintain safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift.

• Ability to lift or move up to 30 lbs; work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential duties.
• For California positions:
  Responsible Beverage Service certification required (can be completed during training, within 60 days of start).
