Fine Dining Server (Food Services)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcomes and greets guests. Makes all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you are personally there to take care of them.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
• Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
• Answer questions about out food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point of sale system.
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
• Performs side work at the start and end of each shift as required.
• Maintain clean service areas.
• Monitor and observe.
• Assists others when necessary.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with managerial staff, co-workers, guests, and the general public.
• Works well alone or within a team.
• Remains up-to-date on property events and hours of operation for all Food and Beverage outlets.
• May perform duties in all food and beverage areas at the direction of the Food and Beverage Supervisor or above.
• Must be willing and able to work nights and weekends.
• This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted to meet business needs of the company.
