• Greet prospective residents and provide property tours, highlighting available units and amenities.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist applicants through the leasing process, including completing applications and reviewing lease agreements.
• Conduct market research to remain informed about local rental market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of property availability, applicant information, and leasing activity.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure units are ready for occupancy.
• Participate in community events and activities to foster a sense of belonging among residents.
• Address and resolve resident concerns, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in property management, leasing, or sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse individuals.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, as required.
