Join our team as an experienced Floating Leasing Consultant

As a Floating Leasing Consultant, you ll play a key role in driving occupancy by leasing apartments, engaging with prospective residents, and bringing your energy and expertise to each property you support. This position requires flexibility, reliable transportation, and the ability to work Saturdays.
Responsibilities- Travel to various properties throughout the valley to support leasing efforts
- Present apartments to prospective residents in a persuasive and professional manner
- Market communities using digital platforms and advertising tools
- Stay informed on local market trends and competitor properties
- Qualify prospective residents by evaluating needs, income, and rental history
- Accurately complete applications, lease agreements, and related documents
- Maintain knowledge of each property s unique features and availability
- Inspect units and grounds to ensure quality standards are met
- Provide outstanding customer service and build strong rapport with prospects and residents
- Work Saturdays and maintain a flexible schedule to meet community needs
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Leasing Consultant in the multifamily industry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using property management systems and marketing tools
- Highly organized with strong administrative follow-through
- Self-motivated and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-site role
- Fair Housing Certified (preferred but not required - we ll train!)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily
