We’re hiring a Part-Time Leasing Specialist with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role
. This position is ideal for someone energetic, personable, and motivated to connect with future residents.

Leasing Specialist responsibilities include connecting with prospective residents and facilitating property-related marketing and sales activities. The role is crafted for someone who is eager to grow into a full-time position and contribute to the on-site team.

• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, e-mail and a familiarity with the internet required. (We use Yardi CRM Software)
• Positive "can do" attitude, professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm.
• Exhibit strong demonstration and closing skills.
• Every Saturday is required (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, paid for 8 hours).
• Sundays off:
  Flexibility with additional days and times during the week.
