The clinic operates during normal business hours Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 5:30pm and serves Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Corrales. Aboutthe Role
You’ll get to know the family and care for the pet year after year. Responsibilities include delivering reliable care, conducting preventative visits, and being the first point of contact when something feels wrong.
At Thrive Pet Healthcare, you’ll work on a diverse case mix alongside industry‑leading teams and a connected community of pet care providers. You can continue to develop skills and provide continuity of care for the pets you love.
Responsibilities- Provide reliable veterinary care to pets in a general practice setting.
- Conduct preventative visits and preventive health management.
- Serve as the primary clinician for the first point of contact when health concerns arise.
- Collaborate with the Thrive Pet Healthcare community for case management and best practices.
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to reporting protocols.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree.
- State Veterinary Board license in good standing for the state in which hired.
- Active DEA license or eligibility for DEA licensure.
Competitive base salary with production compensation opportunities, including a generous sign‑on bonus. Starting at $130k/year, compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience.
